All waxing, shaving, or any other hair removal should be done 24-48 hours prior to appointment
Tanning appointments should not be made 1-2 weeks prior to any laser hair removal and 4 days post laser hair removal
Post Tanning Appointment Tips
Immediately after session refrain from getting wet in any way and wait to shower 8-12 hours
The life of your tan depends on the frequency of workouts, showers, exposure to chlorine and salt water, and anything that causes excess sweating.
Long and hot showers, bath and hot tubs, and prolonged water submersion will break down your tan.
Your first shower should just be a light rinse (no soap). You will see color washing off in the shower, but don’t worry, it is just the temporary bronzer washing off, your actual tan will develop over the next 24 hours. After your shower make sure to PAT DRY.
MOISTURIZE MOISTURIZE MOISTURIZE! The life of your tan hugely relies on this. Moisturize right after your shower with a soft cream lotion (no oils). Avoid any products that contain AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acid) as this ingredient promotes exfoliation. Also avoid any products that contain a self-tanner with DHA, this can potentially cause you to have a yellow-tone.
